Shipping & Pick-Up Details
All orders (pick up & shipments) generally require 1 - 3 business days for processing and shipping (not including weekends & holidays). Please adjust the estimated arrival of your books accordingly. You can log into the website at anytime to view the ongoing status of your order and tracking numbers if applicable.

Pick-Up Orders
When completing your order, you may choose "Pick-Up" as your shipping option. Log into the website to check the status of your order at anytime. A processed and completed "Pick-Up" order will have a status of "Shipped." After your order has been processed, you may skip the line and come into the Bookstore office to pick up your order.
For your security, we require to see your Photo ID and obtain a signature when you pick up the order. Unfortunately, we cannot hold every order forever. If an order has not been picked up within 5 business days from the day that it was processed, it will be considered "Abandoned". Abandoned orders will be returned to the shelves, a $5 restocking fee will be charged, and a refund will be issued for the balance of the order.
Shipments
APO's, FPO's, and PO Boxes can ONLY shipped via USPS. To expedite your order, the shipping option will be changed accordingly if a service is chosen that cannot be processed.
*Delivery times do not include the 1 - 3 days required for processing. To ensure timely delivery, Continental US shipments are insured and given a tracking number whenever possible. APO/FPO shipments are not trackable at this time, but insurance and return receipts are requested on each eligible package for your security.
