Financial Aid Info

    IN STORE PURCHASING WITH FINANCIAL AID:
  • Students must have their student ID and schedule.
  • Allowed to purchase any items available in store.
    ONLINE PURCHASING WITH FINANCIAL AID:
  • Students must use their student ID number.
  • Orders placed before funds are available or wrong student Id information will be removed and the student must reorder.
Bookstore charging with Financial Aid will not be available during the final half of July.

Financial aid is released to the bookstore 10 days prior to the class start date. Orders that have been placed early will be processed in the order in which they were received once Financial Aid opens.

NOTE: If Financial Aid funds are not available at the time we try to process the order, we will contact you via email informing you about the lack of funding. We will hold the order for 1 business day to allow for funding to become available. After that time, we will cancel the order, and you will have to re-order using an alternative form of payment.
