Attention Students please read the following information before ordering:
The Bookstore supplies textbooks to many different campuses, our stock varies everyday. Students are purchasing books all day online and in-store. If the book you ordered becomes out of stock before your order is process you will be notified by email. Please be sure to provide a valid email address to receive notification. You can put in the special instruction section of the order that you are willing to accept the substitution of new or used. Please remember you have to pay the price difference. ORDERS CAN TAKE BETWEEN 1-3 DAYS TO PROCESS.

Financial Aid is available online. Please note that it is worldwide therefore orders can take longer than the 1-3 days processing. The following information is what you will need to order your books.

1) Your student ID number which is located on your schedule. It is not your webadvisor sign in or
    social security number. Orders with the incorrect information will be cancelled.
2) Funds are not released until 10 days prior to the class start date. If you place your order before
    that time period and it is negative, zero balance or not enough funds the order will be cancelled.
3) If we do not have all the books in stock on your order we will send what we do have at that time.
    You will then have to reorder the remaining books.
4) We can not give account balances over the phone. You will have to contact the Business Office.
5) We do not send out balance checks.
6) If you order your book for pick up you will receive an email letting you know it is ready. Books
    that are not picked up within 7 days from order will be returned to stock.

Textbook rentals are now available in store only. You can not use your financial aid for rentals.
You must have a valid Id, valid email and valid credit to be able to rent a book. Not all books are available for rental.

P.O. BOX 1800 KILLEEN, TEXAS 76549. Please be advised there is a $4 processing fee. Books that are not being bought back will be donated.
Please note that books that were purchased with access code and the code was used cannot be bought back. Only if the code was NOT used can we accept the book. 

We can no longer accept phone orders.

UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. NEXT DAY AIR AND 2ND DAY AIR IS SENT OUT FROM THE TIME THE ORDER IS PROCESSED NOT FROM THE DATE OF THE ORDER. ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 1-3 DAYS  TO PROCESS.
